This form is used for credit card payments in the following instances:

• Where an invoice has not yet been issued and you would like to make a payment
• Where an invoice has been issued and you would like to make a partial payment e.g. where there is a payment plan in place
• Where you would like to purchase an item from Veta e.g. you have arranged for a spare hoodie to be put aside for you.
